Complete your claim within a few minutes! If our system confirmes that you have right for compensation, then you can finish your claim within a few minutes. You can either upload the required documents on the Customer Portal or send them by email to info@aviclaim.com. If you have problems submitting your documents, please contact us by email or live-chat. |

Aviclaim takes over your claim! Once we received all the necessary documents from you, we will start the process and submit the claim to the airline. Sometimes we have to send several letters before the airlines react. If the airline refuses to pay the compensation, our experienced legal department will initiate legal actions against them. Even if we have to go to court, we will only hold the 29% fee if we obtain the compensation (No cure, no pay). |

You receive your compensation! The airline has granted your compensation! Depending on the airline the time varies until the compensation is actually transferred. Once we have received the claim amount from the airline, we transfer your compensation to your bank account as soon as possible. |
