3. We submit your claim
Once we have received all the necessary documents from you, we submit your claim to the airline. With our transparent communication, you will always stay informed and receive regular updates on the status of your claim.
4. The airline refuses your claim?
Often multiple reminders are needed before the airline responds. If they still refuse to pay despite a valid claim, our lawyers will take over your case for a thorough re-evaluation.
5. Possible court proceedings

6. Successful claim resolution
