Sometimes the airline may not reimburse the full claim amount, but only part of it. For example, if additional costs for meals or transportation are not fully covered (e.g., due to missing receipts or no legal entitlement). In this case, we still charge 35% on the amount actually paid by the airline.
Example:
Your submitted claim: 600€ (2 × 250€ compensation + 100€ for meals)
Payment by the airline: 500€ (meal costs were not reimbursed due to missing receipts/proof)
Your payout: 325€
If the airline cannot be held liable, you do not pay. We take the risk, not you.
By signing the power of attorney, you authorize us to submit your claim to the airline. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. According to our terms and conditions, you guarantee that you will not submit the claim yourself or through other platforms simultaneously.
If you choose to withdraw your claim after the withdrawal period, or if we can no longer process it because you submitted it elsewhere, we are obliged to charge for our work, also at 35% of the compensation amount.
